Our Practice

The team at Sola Pediatrics is dedicated to the comfort and care of every patient. Our office staff and nurse collectively have been with us for over 20 years! Read over our office policies below, and contact us for questions and appointments.

Most appointments may be made on the same day or days in advance.  For days in advance, we ask that you use our Patient Portal to schedule.


ADD/ADHD appointments are made every 3 months on Mondays and Tuesdays. (if cancelled or rescheduled, no prescriptions will be given ahead of time to get you to an appointment). 

ADD/ADHD consults are done at 1:00pm with a followup appointment 2 weeks later at 8:00am  (please allow at least 30 minutes)

Wellness/Physicals appointments are to be scheduled ahead of time and will be scheduled Mon-Thurs. from 8:00am through 3:00pm.

Newborn babies 1st few visits are scheduled at 8:00am or 1:00pm and are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment.

Skipped/NO SHOW appointments—after 3 of these types of appointments, the doctors have the right to ask you to find another physician for your child/children. (in respect to the doctors, its very hard to fill a spot that has passed in time with another patient, so please call in advance to cancel or reschedule. We do understand emergencies happen, but we are giving you 3 chances).

We ASK that you please use our Patient Portal and we do ask for at least a 24 house notice for Cancellations or Rescheduled appointments, this can be done in the comfort of your home after putting children to bed and you realize you forgot to call the office. The Portal can be used to view, schedule or cancel future appts., balances, office visits, handouts from the doctors, immunizations, excuses, etc. If you have any questions as to how to view the portal, please contact our office. You can send messages to Receptionist, Insurance Clerk, Nurse or the Office Manager. You can also request refills. 


We accept most insurances. 


We do ask that you contact your insurance company to verify that we are in Network with them, for things change with insurance plans through out the year.
